Credit Suisse Personal Assistant # 117490 in Wroclaw, Poland

Regulatory Strategy and Business Change division is looking for 2 dedicated and skilled individuals for the position of Personal Assistant to join the team in Wroclaw.

You will be working closely with Senior Management and Directors and reporting directly to a senior Personal Assistant based in Zurich.

Key responsibilities include:

Calendar management:

  • Responding to and creating new meeting requests for London Director as required, in a timely fashion

  • Providing assistance to other senior-level staff on ad-hoc basis

  • Liaising with external stakeholders

  • Liaising with other Personal Assistant's to schedule meetings

Travel bookings management:

  • Researching and booking (flights, hotels) via Concur site / Global Travel team (UK AMEX)

  • Managing / processing all travel expenses/receipts through Concur / MyShop as required

  • Other Ad-hoc tasks e.g. Flight Rewards Programme applications as required

Administrative tasks:

  • Booking meeting rooms, VC rooms and/or equipment as required

  • Managing and creating Distribution Lists for internal communications

  • Processing Myshop invoices

Ad-hoc requests:

  • Booking and organizing catering for internal events

  • Booking external venues as required

  • Organizing building and access for visiting staff

  • Booking taxi transportation as required

  • Resolving Director’s technical issues remotely

Open to discussing flexible/agile working.

  • You have 2-3 years of experience as a Personal / Business Assistant or in administration

  • You are fluent in English (written and spoken)

  • You are able to convey clearly through written and verbal communication

  • You are able to work independently, you are self-motivated, task oriented and good in problem solving

  • You are familiar with work as part of a global team

  • You have strong communication skills - you are polite and calm but professional, comfortable liaising with senior management

  • You gave the ability to prioritize and organize your daily / weekly tasks / handle ad-hoc tasks that require immediate action

  • You have strong organizational and planning skills, as well as attention to details

  • You are discreet, proactive, resourceful and flexible

  • You have knowledge of MS Office tools (Outlook, SharePoint, Excel and PowerPoint in particular)

  • Your familiarity with MyShop and Concur will be considered as a bonus

  • Your prior experience in the finance industry / PA role would be a plus

  • Previous work with senior-level officers would be beneficial
