Credence Management Solutions, LLC Operations Research Analyst in Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio

Credence Management Solutions, LLC, is hiring an Operations Research Analyst who will be primarily responsible for supporting AFRL/RY at Wright Patterson AFB, OH.

  • Manage the AFRL/RY Self-Assessment Program (AFRL/RY SAP). Establish and implement the SAP in accordance with AF and local guidance. Collaborate with other Technical Directorates to design the optimum program that reflect Sensors mission andcompliance efforts.

  • Stress mandatory use of the Air Force Inspection System (AFIS) tool, Management Internal Control Toolset (MICT), and any local tools to implement and inform management of program status.

  • Manage MICT for the Directorate.

  • This includes:

  • Ensuring compliance

  • All and correct check list are performed

  • Training: Training users on use of MICT

  • Structure: Establish best data structure and users privileges for implementation

  • Reports: Run reports for relaying compliance to management

  • Statistics: Perform statistics to reveal trends and statuses

  • Presentations: Create presentations for management and other organizations

  • Perform facilitator duties for all AFRL/IG and AFMC/IG related inspections. Acts as a Directorate Lead during inspections and facilitates requirements associated with the inspection.

  • Read/review and thoroughly understand all Government documents associated with AFRL and AFMC inspection programs. Provide inputs/comments upon completion of reviews.

  • Teach, train, instruct and explain all aspects of the inspection program to users, management and IG interest parties. This includes MICT and checklists.

  • Relay to the RY SAP functional area managers (FAM) the aspects and intents of the RY SAP and create an environment that supports the SAP and complies with all AFI’s.

  • Prepare and present inspection programs status to AFRL management during corporate staff meetings, SAP meetings, and/or FAM meetings.

  • Design creative methods to inform and maintain status of the SAP program throughout the Sensors directorate.

  • Maintain/update inspection data on Directorate web/SharePoint/LiveLink sites. Use of corporate assets is essential in disseminating information. Create/use tools within the Sensors domain to ensure SAP status and compliance.

  • Collaborate with external organizations to ensure compliance to all Sensors SAP requirements. Build relationships with AFRL SAP managers and build a superior SAP for Sensors.

  • Ensure SAP compliance for throughout the Directorate; this is limited to AFRL/RY WPAFB (Wright Site). Must create and maintain a holistic SAP for AFRL/RY.

  • Provide technical oversight for assigned programs, and work to continually evaluate & improve from a programmatic & cost-effective perspective.

  • Participate in exchange of information on requirements, capabilities, deficiencies, & applications.

  • Coordinate with appropriate offices/individuals to ensure all major areas of concern are covered by appropriate documentation.

  • Select appropriate work methods for development of work products, the products do not require substantive revisions.

  • Clearance: Secret or ability to obtain Secret

  • BA/BS and three (3) years of relevant experience or

  • Associates degree and four (4) years relevant work experience or

  • Six (6) years relevant work experience
