Job Description Summary
As an Account Manager, you will build key relationships with a range of clients within the NHS Trusts and Private clinics but also involved in selling complex technical products and/or services. The successful candidate is expected to cover the South East UK and have the competence, and desire, to progress to a more senior role in the coming years. In addition, this role will act as a key supporter to the Sales Director in taking the UK&I business forwards.

Essential Responsibilities
This is a key role in ensuring the alignment of Sales Specialists within your territory, and building customer relationships for the long term, whilst generating sales & revenue.

Key responsibilities are varied, and can include:
They are the key interface between the business and the assigned customer accounts (owns the customer)
Owns the customer or technical escalation and response to the customer
Works through all opportunities for their accounts, leveraging for new business, O&U, non-contract revenue, etc.
Responsible for the management of the CRM tools, maintaining all opportunities and relevant account and customer information to support accurate forecasting
Look to continuously improve the Customer experience. Working with the wider business to identify opportunities and deliver improvements
Maintain up to date information system data (installed base including additions/deletions, service coverage, asset sheets & purchased services)
Work across the matrixed organisation giving customers one point of contact, whilst maximing GE opportunities with clients.
Working with sales leaders and sales teams to increase prospects and drive closure of opportunities
Providing training to all sales team members on strategy and product offerings - remove
Providing pricing strategy and insure pricing compliance for segment opportunities
Forecasting orders and sales of assigned territory and submit monthly report
Representing the company at trade association meetings to promote product and company
Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelors Degree or equivalent knowledge or experience or Significant experience in selling in a medical, healthcare or technical field or Life Sciences field
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Strong presentation skills
Able to travel to meet customers and conduct busines meetings virtually
Valid motor vehicle license
Previous experience in sales
Previous experience selling capital goods
Direct experience selling to CXO levels as well as technical decision makers
