Twitter Manager, MoPub China Supply in Singapore, Singapore

What You’ll Do

MoPub is looking for a Head of Publisher Partnerships for our Greater China region/markets, based in Singapore. This is a highly visible role within the company, as you will be working with some of the largest game publishers, app developers and media companies in the world to develop long term sustainable partnerships. As our leader for the MoPub China business, you’ll represent the company in various industry events, build close relationships with executives in the gaming industry inside and outside of China in order to meaningfully grow MoPub’s market share with Chinese based gaming publishers. You will lead with client stakeholders and cross-functional teams to propose the best solutions for clients that drive continued customer success, growth and acquisition.

This role requires a deep knowledge of in-app and in-game advertising and significant experience and relationship within the mobile gaming industry in China. The role requires proven success in managing and building high performing commercial teams and scaling international businesses in China.


  • Design and execute a strategic plan to meaningfully grow our market share with gaming publishers in China; driving improvements and excellence in business development, client services, marketing, and associated functions in order to ensure the achievement of various business and revenue targets.

  • Develop deep trusted relationships with Chinese based gaming publishers at the executive level in order to influence strategic decisions and be our eyes and ears in the market.

  • Own direct accountability for the success of the China business, work closely and collaboratively with other APAC regional leadership; and represent MoPub’s interests in Twitter’s China strategy.

  • Lead a strong and sustainable cross-functional team that solidifies the foundation for MoPub’s success in APAC.

  • Represent MoPub and Twitter in thought leadership, public events, with industry bodies, and for PR/Corp Comm activities.

  • Hire exceptional talent and build the environment and culture that fosters trust, innovation and collaboration.

  • Be a thought leader internally for all matters related to our China business and for gaming and in-app advertising externally for customers and in events.

  • Develop and cultivate a high-performing team across direct and matrixed reports.

Who You Are

The Head of Publisher Partnerships, China, is directly responsible for developing and implementing the overall publisher acquisition and growth strategy for MoPub in China. You will be responsible for leading a cross-functional team that is responsible for growing MoPub’s business in China across monetization and up-sell to other MoPub services.

You are deeply familiar with the Chinese gaming industry and well connected with other leading executives in the space. You are experienced with growing international businesses within the Chinese market and able to reflect back market intelligence to leadership.

You are an inspirational leader who is willing to get their hands dirty, lead by example, deeply care about the team’s personal and career development and provide thought leadership in the market.

You’ll be able to engage with senior clients, open doors to drive new business, be adaptable to different cultures and types of companies and be able to build trusted relationships with other leaders in the region.

If this sounds like it might be you, you probably have:

  • 12- 15+ years in digital media businesses, with most recent experience in mobile gaming or mobile advertising platform

  • Proven track record in growing international businesses in Greater China region/markets

  • Experience of attracting, developing, and leading top-performing teams

  • A demonstrable track record of pitching and closing large mobile partnerships and marketer deals

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Demonstrated the ability to interpret complex technical issues and translate into business needs

  • A track record in building and developing senior-level client relationships

  • Knowledge of Mandarin language is essential as the scope of the given role will overview the Greater China region.
