CGI is seeking experienced, qualified, energetic, and self-motivated business analysts for a dynamic natural disaster project in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Candidates will have the opportunity to join a growing project team working diligently to provide data management services in support of disaster recovery efforts including:
•Business Process Management
•Data Consolidation and Warehousing
•Reporting Design and Development
Your future duties and responsibilities:
•Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
•Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
•Acting as a Product Owner
•Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
•Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members, management, and clients.
•Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
•Managing management and client expectations.
•Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements
•Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements
•Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users
•Developing and delivering training
•Leading user acceptance testing
•Assisting the Quality Control, Development, Infrastructure, and other project teams as necessary.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
3+ years of business analyst experience, excellent verbal and written communication skills, detailed documentation skills, confidence in delivering presentations, ability to independently manage priorities, desire to work collaboratively in a team environment
