Remote opportunity through COVID- local candidates only
Provides primary support, escalation and resolution management for hardware, connectivity, and applications. Provides business partners and clients first level assistance for issues, procedures, and navigational support of business lines and external Wealth Management clients. Scope of involvement spans technology issue identification, troubleshooting, problem referral/escalation, communication, and resolution. Distributes appropriate communications to business lines through preferred bank technology.
Financial background (stocks/bonds)
Experience with using Bank related applications.
High school diploma or equivalent
