We have an exciting opportunity for a Dental Inside Sales Executive to work for our UK Personal Healthcare Division. The role will be working in the Oral Healthcare Department focusing on sales directly to Dental Professionals. Our portfolio in the UK & Ireland encompasses power toothbrushes, power flossing, tooth whitening and oral hygiene.

We are looking for individuals with a passion for customer services to be the Customer’s trusted adviser and make a positive impact on people’s lives.

You are responsible for

  • Building and maintaining relationships with Customers in order to sell Philips Oral Healthcare products to dental practices (B2B)

  • Managing outbound and inbound calls (selling, investigation & resolution of Customers’ requests)

  • Recording and processing of Customer complaints in respect of warranty replacements & returns

  • Fully understanding the science behind the products, usages and the market

  • Managing portfolio by setting objectives for each call to maximize territory business plans

  • Maintaining daily standards and expectations in regards to professionalism and Philips values

  • Administrative duties in relation to role including system notes/updates, customer service follow up, customer collections, credit/debit requests

You are a part of

We offer support to HR, Finance, Procurement, Customer Service, Supply Chain and many other departments. To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • University degree (at least Bachelor)

  • Similar work experience (customer service, order management, logistics, sales or relevant)

  • Fluent Business English (both written and spoken)

  • IT literacy: Ms Office

  • Excellent communication skills and phone presence

  • Problem solving skills with a “can-do” attitude

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively

  • Strong team player
