As an Insurance Sales Agent, P&C you will be responsible for taking inbound calls from customers who are interested in switching their home and auto insurance, & dialing out to existing Smart Home customers to provide competitive offers. Below is a list of common responsibilities of a P&C Agent.

  • Provide service to clients’ changing insurance needs by selling auto and home insurance.

  • Establish productive working relationships with clients and peers.

  • Develop base for long-term sources of clients.

  • Take inbound calls and guiding clients through quote and bind process.

  • Make follow up calls to potential customers.

  • Accurately track all policy information

  • Follow all quality and compliance points.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • Meeting sales goals

  • Motivation for sales

  • Product knowledge

  • Organizational skills

  • Attention to detail

  • Strong communication skills

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Ability to pass standard background check procedures & obtain State P&C License.

  • State personal lines P&C license
