What you get to do every day

  • Look after special administrative projects, including overflow work from department and executive assistants

  • Receive and direct all visitors including vendors, clients, and customers

  • Certify completion of paperwork, sign-in, and security procedures

Requirements

  • Command of Answering Multi-Line Phone System

  • Proven knowledge of data entry

  • Practical knowledge of ordering office supplies and equipment

  • Foundational knowledge in Distribute Incoming Mail

  • Reservation Requests experience

  • General familiarity with Coordinating Appointments

  • Quality experience with ordering office supplies and equipment

  • Comprehensive knowledge of Receptionist Duties

  • Wide ranging experience with conference room setup & cleanup

  • Experience with mail distribution

  • Well-founded grasp of meeting coordination and planning

  • Excellent telephone etiquette and keyboard skills

  • Ability to effectively interact, verbally and in writing
