TESLA ENERGY Project Advisor (Client Services in DRAPER, Utah

The Role:The primary function of the Project Advisor is to coordinate,manage and drive to completion assigned PV Solar and Powerwall (and any newsolar products as assigned) installations at a customer's home. TheProject Advisor acts as the primary point of contact for the customerthroughout the project from Final Order to Permission to Operate by interactingwith and on behalf of the customer with regional-local field operations team,permitting and scheduling coordinators and other relevant regional parties (internaland external) as needed.The ideal candidate has solid hands-on experience managingmultiple projects; demonstrating initiative, clear-headed problem solving, andmastery of the tactical details for each project. Finally, bringing high energyand an optimistic approach towards aggressively driving each project tocompletion. This role is customer facing; therefore, positive,proactive and informative interaction with the customer is paramount.Responsibilities:*Build relationships, manage andinterface with both customers and internal stakeholders to move job forwardwhile resolving issues quickly and efficiently*Prepare, review, submit andfollow up on utility and incentive program documents in accordance with utilitypolicies.*Generate all requireddocumentation needed to move a project to installation.*Review all incomingdocumentation from customers for accuracy and completeness*Work cross functionally amongregional POCs including Sales, Engineering, Operations, Loan Ops, Billing,Permitting, Utility Relations and other Customer Support teams to trouble shootand remove all roadblocks*Efficiently organize resourcesto ensure the fastest, high-quality installation timeline possible*Daily input ofappropriate notes for all tasks, project management updates and generatenecessary reports to complete assignments*Manage calendar toensure all customers as assigned are worked thoroughly*End to end projectmanagement of assigned jobs while tracking projects to established mediantimelines*Maintain a positive customerexperience throughout even when obstacles present themselves whethercontrollable or uncontrollableQualifications:*Bachelor's degreeor at least 1-3 years of experience in a project management (residentialconstruction preferred) and-or customer facing role*Evidence of exceptionalability*Extremely detailoriented, organized, resourceful and able to manage shifting priorities*Ability to functionautonomously, working independent of a support staff, in a fast-pacedenvironment*Takes initiative;doesn't accept the status quo to resolve customer issues*Understands howdecisions in one area impact other departments and operational goals*Enthusiastic andpassionate about the energy industry and TeslaEmployeeBenefitsAs a full time Tesla employee you will receive full benefits from day 1 for you and your dependents.Kaiser and UnitedHealthcare PPO and HSA plans (including infertility coverage)3 medical plan choices with $0 paycheck contributionVision and dental plans (including orthodontic coverage)Company paid Life, ADandD, short-term and long-term disability401(k), Employee Stock Purchase Plans, and other financial benefitsEmployee Assistance Program,...
