Qualified Candidate will have the opportunity to become an integral part of Stryker’s new ASC (Ambulatory Service Center) business as a member of the ASC Finance team. This role will be working with the ASC financial model and evaluating cross-divisional sales opportunities to help Stryker Win, Protect and Grow in the ASC business. Candidate will work directly with ASC regional sales managers, Flex financial, Ortho National Accounts, HCS and divisional finance teams within MedSurg and Orthopaedics… there will be significant exposure to the full breadth of Stryker’s business. Functional responsibilities will include modeling profitability and revenue share across Stryker Divisions/Business Units, as well as tracking performance of the ASC business for both actual reporting and projection purposes. Candidate will have the opportunity to become intimate with both the MedSurg and Orthopaedics product portfolios and gain insight into customer pricing and its impact on Stryker’s bottom line.
What You Will do
Strategic partner to ASC (Ambulatory Service Center) commercial selling teams as well as Corporate functional groups such as Flex Financial, Health Care Services, Finance COE (Center of Excellence) and National Accounts. Responsible for financial modeling, financial operations coordination, and reporting.
Financial modeling and evaluation process for cross-divisional sales opportunities including assessment of deal structure and profitability.
Facilitate coordination across functional ASC and divisional teams regarding pricing, product cost/margin data, financing, and customer deal structure
Co-champion process enhancements with respect to financial analysis: Ownership and maintenance of the ASC financial model template to ensure appropriate revenue and cost assumptions and accurate performance metrics.
Coordinate revenue share across Divisions, including balance sheet and cash-flow adjustments.
Monitor and benchmark post close deal performance.
Prepare and present monthly financial reports and KPIs in a timely and accurate manner
Assist Finance COE and Divisional financial teams to ensure deal adherence to accounting policies and procedures as well as program objectives and guiding principles.
Assist with ASC special projects and strategic partnerships, as required.
What You Need
Bachelor of Science in Finance or Accounting.
Prefer CPA with 2-5 years of Big 4 public accounting experience
4 to 6+ years related experience and/or training (overall).
Working knowledge of forecasting and financial reports: Product Pricing experience is beneficial to the role, but not a requirement
Demonstrated ability to interpret economic conditions and anticipate the impact on the organization.
Working knowledge of data collection, data analysis, evaluation, and scientific method.
Ability to work with all levels of management.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow.
Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
Proven leadership and business acumen skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in major general ledger packages, Excel, Word and Access.
Ability to accurately complete detailed financial reports, calculate figures and amounts, and analyze statistical and financial data
